| I totally trust Dr. Schlafer and his staff that all their advice and recommendations are based on the good of my family and not because they're trying to make more money. That gives me a lot of peace of mind. I would use two words to describe this office: sincere and kind. | ||

| Roman, There is a persistent problem. You prevent me from engaging you and your staff in conversation during the procedure. I thought this was supposed to be "advanced" dentistry. Why don't you have a tv monitor which prints out my thoughts while you are working in my mouth. Or better, an attractive male voice which reads the monitor printout with an OCR program and speaks to you and Mary Beth on my behalf during the procedure. That would be advanced. I love my teeth. | I had work done to protect my upper and now lower teeth due to exposed dentin from grinding. All my teeth (except those capped/crowned)had a lot of exposed dentin. The work I needed was done in only two visits. My teeth look much better, feel better and are protected. | ||

| If you are looking for a Dentist you can trust and feel comfortable about going to this is the place. They treat me great everytime. Dr. Shlafer and Sharon the Hygenist are very good at explaining treatment options and will suggest what is best for me and my health. I was glad Dr. explained why in my case an Implant is better than a bridge. He was able to explain in a way that I could understand and I am greatful. | ||

| Dr. Shlafer and his assistants performed an excellent job in fitting me with a new crown right in his office in a matter of hours, as well as repairing a filling of mine. I didn't have to wait for crown preparation in the conventional way. He is a perfectionist and knows all the modern techniques. Besides, I was made very comfortable during the procedures. I had no pain during the procedures. I would go no where else for my dentistry. Dr. Shlafer is the best! Also, all the staff at his office are pleasant,understanding, and enjoyable to be around. Quality is unsurpassed at his office. | ||

| I have been coming to Dr. Shlafer since about 2004. I love coming here. Mary cleans my teeth, and she is very nice. I had gone to a couple other dentists when I first moved into the area, and they had screwed up a cavity in my mouth. I came to Dr. Shlafer and he fixed everything. The technology in the office is superb. Dr. Shlafer is always very nice and accommodating. My fiance goes to a different dentist and has asked me to switch, and I told him that I am never leaving Dr. Shlafer as long as he is in business! They are also very gentle when cleaning - I have never left in pain from a cleaning. Highly recommended! | ||

| Suggestion: Please prep patients for all procedures by explaining thoroughly what the patient can expect. I was not informed that I would have to breathe through my nose for 10 min due to having a tray filled with glue in my mouth which would restrict my breathing. It wasn't until I realized I was having difficulty breathing when the dental assistant said I had 10 min before they could take the tray out...this in turn caused me to have a panic attack. If I were informed prior to, I know I would have been able to handle the procedure more calmly. | ||
